Im already kind of burning myself out on the concept of gearing jobs again just because i had the plan to roll on all the raids every week but honestly. Thats what the crafted gear is gonna be for. And i can make it myself instead of spend 2mil on the marketboard for every role

Employee review came up and i got my good boy validation for being good at the work even though 70% of the time im either playing video games or on my phone (but tbf when we have overtime and actual work to do im reliable)

I fixed my viper hotbar and made it significantly easier to play in busier content than i had it before... Also i seem to be better at it than red mage but tbf i know im only mid as a caster lol

Trying to get the ARR experience as viper is funny because i can under gear as much as i want but unless i go pantless the starter weapon boosts my ilv insanely since the job starts at level 80
