@leo bummer!
@leo holy shit what I didn't even know there was a third
@abraxas of course not, that would have been even worse, but if the yurovsky note is correct those kids hardly died immediately. a bullet to the head would have been far more merciful than what ermikov did
i got Trading Card pretty early on and used Immolate twice

something i've never understood and haven't been able to find info on: cuba, vietnam, laos, china, and north korea are all one-party states, with the latter two having minor parties under the direction of the main party, but the wikipedia infoboxes say there are independents in the legislatures of all five states. who are these guys? how can you legislate in a one-party state without being in that party?
talos principle 2 spoilers
and in isolation that might seem like it's meant to be a touching scene, but then you remember this audio log from the beginning of the game

talos principle 2 spoilers

finished the talos principle 2. my review: 10/10 masterpiece. 6/10 kind of okay. puzzles were perfect. puzzles were too easy. loved the setting. seriously annoyed by the setting. didn't like the big reveal. loved what they did with the big reveal. the ending was perfect. the ending was too abrupt. byron can get it
