@holytomater Yeah seeing it in bits and pieces between actual real news and issues and information was a fucking experience. I'd say I cannot fucking BELIEVE but actually I'm not even surprised and that's exactly why Homestuck Twitter's gotta go. And the followup of people actually taking THIS FUCKING MOMENT to beg for Hiveswap2 was real cute. /s

Mostly on twitter atm because the bulk of my followers there are actual farmers, disabled people, and furries, so I can do more good there wrt information/keeping my DMs open.

But Homestuck fandom making time to disappoint me even now /was/ impressive. Not the good kind of impressive. Asinine and awful.

The understanding that my disabilities make me a liability in a physical protest finally clicked in a real way. Urgency + Powerlessness + Anger is a terrible combination. Desperately doing maths to try and come up with bail fund money is almost routine now.

YOU'RE SO FUCKING VALID I can already tell I'm gonna finish this off by the end of tomorrow.

Started a manga called Teppu and I'm not tHAT far in, just a volume and a half, but.... I can tell what I like about it already, and having finished She Ra, I'm just so legitimately excited to consume multiple good stories in a ROW.

At some point I should probably follow more than a couple people, but I also don't know what anyone I respected and liked on Twitter is going by on here. Which is refreshing in itself: no socially assumed obligations!

But also: hm.

Okay, should remember to check in more now I've got an app installed for this.

Gradually learning to use this.... the increased character limit is VERY good. Almost as good as scrolling endlessly and not seeing a single thing I have to tell myself isn't worth the stress. Incredible.
