Benadryl has been working for a bit and is what im gonna have us do until@we can work something else out or once this insomnia spell breaks but we cant rely on that long term since u can get used to it really fast…. bweh…… i wish delta really could cast sleepsis on us….

I came into the front cause rudy was starting to have real bad bad thoughts about this whole thing and I didn’t want that continuing. And btw we’ve talked to our therapist about this and she continuously misunderstood what we meant by we cant fucking sleep and suggested trying to lucid dream instead which is?Not what we want??

We’re probably going to drop her soon because shes been more unhelpful lately

But anyway. 3:30 am webby here really upset over lack of sleepy again.

Good lord I see why rudy is going nuts lately. Our body really does just refuse to go to sleep and when we try to we get massive anxiety over it. And none of the big calming methods work either! Breathing to calm us down, which used to work AMAZINGLY, now makes us MORE anxious and I have no clue where to go from here! This is so frustrating. I really really really hope we dont have to start taking prescription medication for this because its the last thing we want.

Im making us work on Weiss’ ref sheet tonight its been almost a year since we started it!!!!!

I need to be wrung out like a damp towel to get the rest of this melatonin out of me!!!!!

We were supposed to get our tonsils out at 6 years old because we were getting horrible fevers like every six months but we just didnt :) apparently mine are like abnormally large, so we probably should have?
