@IntrepidVector @georgespolitzer I was able to get 39% of the vote against an incumbent spending 0 dollars and doing no campaigning (ended up with a very busy job after filing) for a local water board seat just from having my campaign info mailed to everyone for free, so it definitely works at boosting smaller/outsider candidates
