I don’t think they realize how huge the untapped market for emulation on iOS is—who cares about Pokémon Go when actual, legitimate, real Pokémon games are a few taps away now?

the dev behind this has been working on it for literally a decade—if you remember the ancient GBA4iOS from 2014 that could be installed by setting your phone’s time backwards, he’s the guy who made that

only now it runs NES, SNES, N64, *and* NDS games in addition to Game Boy and Game Boy Advance games

my first introduction to it was in a now-closed place in South Carolina that put it on a burger, and maybe it's cause of nostalgia but I think that's a better use of it than just having it on a sandwich (and that's a pretty damn good use for it on its own)
