i tried watching that new hbomberguy video ppl are hyping up and i just had to start skipping chapters beclaws this is a 4 hour youtuber drama video and i had to figure out how long it took to get to the actual point of the video. it looks like 1h50m before he gets to the actual thing the video is about

im not gonna say anything specific about what i just fought in qud beclaws its late late game stuff that was just recently added...but. watching all of my tempurral clones that had been getting in a circle around an enemy to smack it with their swords simultaneously leap out of the way out of its huge AOE attack to immediately start chucking grenades and blasting it with lasers, entirely of their own volition, made me insanely giddy. i adore this game

with the bonuses from multiple legs + heightened quickness + adrenal control + photosynthesis + kesil face + bounding boots + sunslag + spurrint, i can achieve quickness of 163 and movespeed of 1170. this works out to 19 tiles of movement purr turn. which is, yknow. purrty good

plus using the rocket skates means not flying and like, come on. im in the moon stair. im not gonna fuck around with shit like "being pawssible to hit in melee"

ultimately the bounding boots are purrobably better since they give +1 AV and a higher burst movement speed is purrobably better than higher sustained movement speed. also they dont start furest fires

the movespeed comes from rocket skates; if i wear bounding boots, my spurrint speed reaches a blistering 837 (~12 tiles purr turn) but unlike the rocket skates that's only fur as long as my spurrint duration

between my 521 movespeed and my 145 quickness i can move ~7 tiles purr turn

i currently have 521 movespeed in qud (normal is 100)
