Realizing that we are plural (and probably autistic) has helped us put a lot of things that messed us up when we were younger into perspective and we’ve been able to make a good amount of headway with improving ourselves.

But the seasonal affective disorder is one of those things that constantly threatens to reverse all of that progress we’ve made. Its terrifying how much it has a grip on us.
