i hate nopons. They're the greatest mascot characters in video game history
@SophiaSurname people find them so annoying that as the series goes on the developers found the annoyance funny and they get more and more integrated into homs society and its so funny
@ahamkara they're the worst and i want more of them for this exact reason

@SophiaSurname i remember this really clearly bc there's a nintendo video at one point with one developer who is like yeah we heard people in the west find the nopons really annoying. anyways in xenoblade 2 we thought it would be good if the first town you go to (the trading guild) is almost nothing but nopons
