drafting up a concept for comune's solution to perfect forwarding (as well as, potentially, lifetimes): bind generics!

top example is using an explicit generic parameter, bottom example is using a hypothetical implicit `self` binding in `impl` blocks

i'll likely be working on improving the documentation over the next few days to give some in-depth information on the language as it currently exists, but as it stands the test code ought to give you a pretty good idea
