Red-Tailed Hawk!!! It was just hanging out on some low branches, hopping around a bit.

FIRST BELTED KINGFISHER!!! These guys have been eluding me for like two years now i'm so glad I finally got to see one. Not the best photos since I couldn't (and didn't wanna) get any closer.

This ones a female because she has that brown belt on her underside! The males have no brown at all on them.

GREEN-WINGED TEAL!!! This is also a first for me. Once again distant photos since the walking path is fenced off from the marsh.

This one's a male, the females look kind of drab like most female ducks do, but have a beautiful teal patch on their wings that usually can't be seen unless its in flight.

These guys are also SUPER tiny compared to other ducks!!!

There were SO many Downy Woodpeckers just hanging out on the reeds as well.

I actually think this is the only Ruby Crowned Kinglet that is still in my state lmao. I've never seen one up here this late in the season before!

These two Black-Capped Chickadees came up real close to me as I was leaving, I swear these little guys aren't afraid of humans or something.
