one trope I really love in fiction is when a character has like, the ability to separate different parts of their body, like head is detached or they can pop their arm off
and also those body parts have some level of their own mind. Vaguely capable of existing without you. Still part of you but also not entirely controlled
When someone has their head casually talking and having a conversation while their body is like, playing with a cat and they have to keep making a conscious effort to remind the body to carry them around or some shit That's Adorable
