The worst part of cooking corned beef is waiting for 3 hours while it smells so good

Ngl im actually pretty proud this came out as good as it did, i told myself i didnt need to bother with the effort this year but it turns out if you overcompensate for not brining the beef with more seasoning and beer in the boil, its just as good as corned beef from a local diner. Not as good as if i'd brined it for a week but thats fine
