tbh deltarune intrigues me so fuckin hard.
like i know im probably preaching to the choir here, but like.
think about what we understood about the game after Ch1, and the assumptions we made about what would come after.
now think about how Ch2 completely threw most predictions out the window, and doubled down on the "this sunny AU is actually a worse world for these characters" by having a geno-equivalent where you harass and gaslight a traumatized teenage girl into marrying you, the player

@sixthhokage95 it made me squirm with discomfort in ways no other game ever has. the chapter 2 dark route was kept fully secret and reading the guide for it a week after the chapter released felt llike reading a bad creepypasta by someone with no good taste
and then you follow its instructions and it all works and more shockingly it Works.
