on the one hand im excited to reach silverbark because im so antsy to actually be in a bigger voice role than Sad Puppygirl, and also the codeswitching aspect of her is SO compelling
but also im dreading it so much because in order to get my voice to sound flavored and scratchy enough to be believably old im gonna have to like. smoke a cigar and scream into a pillow. before each recording session

@gutters0451 honestly I don’t think you need to do that. i think you could nail her voice by just talking with less energy and lower down
@gutters0451 please do not do that! there are actually ways to make your voice scratchy without hurting it
