ngl a major hinderance in my notetaking abilities is that if i write for more than 10 minutes at a time my hands hurt and idk what to do about that. i used to go to occupational therapy for this when i was a kid and it sort of stopped for a while i was in high school/college but i lost the conditioning or something rip
i could just type but ngl nothing helps things stick in my brain more than handwriting stuff out lol
