Don’t know anything about this org (they seem new) but I’m currently reading and critiquing this manifesto, which so far is serving as a useful summing up of the systems that led us here. Initial review of “Manifesto of the Organization of Communist Revolutionaries (US)”
The text begins with an agreeable and cogent diagnosis of the revolutionary struggle in America at present. Its philosophy of revolution is a good introduction to modern Marxist-Leninist-Maoist thought. The text doesn’t don’t do enough to contend with the end of revolution in China, despite its fixation on the same process in the USSR. Productive & worth reading critically.

I have some issues with this text’s recommendations for the long term future and appreciate its invitation of criticism on that point. But I find OCR’s diagnosis of the present state and recommendations for next steps vitally useful. Right now we need a flourishing of revolutionary communist organizations in the United States, identifying the points of struggle in your community and guiding more toward revolution.
