Bizarrely cold today but once it warms up now that I'm settled into an apartment in a flat walkable urban neighborhood with normal sidewalks and quiet sections I'm going to start running after work at least a couple times a week
@abraxas I'm thinking i wanna try and use the spring to start jogging a little bit.. then probably settling into full runs as my stamina replenishes.. i think i might need to get some new shoes first though, but in any case lets get moving
@mostportem we gotta get to it... I'm fortunate that most of my non work shoes double as decent running shoes
