so capcom wanted to show off their new proprietary hardware so they arranged this midi sequence to play off of the soundfont used in each individual game and i think abt it a lot, in having a single unified theme that can change subtly or dramatically depending on the game, it's a sick idea and i'd like to adopt it if i ever end up working on musical projects. a unified sequence of chords with shifting context depending on mood and setting.
