I've been on a long streak of not having a real meal until dinner so I got a big taco bell to actually eat lunch. somehow I did not piece together that "long-term poor eating habits" would mean that a single quesarito would take me out

oh and going back to my regular med dosage means appetite suppressant is at its peak right now. my brain said "you WILL buy taco bell and you WILL look at it." (at least I didn't go with my first choice and get a big mac)
