TREADMILL RUN COMPLETE
i think it maybe have been due to slightly reduced speed (this thing caps at 3.8 mph lmao) but this was definitely the easiest one yet. 8/8 intervals of 60/90 running/walking, with 5 minute warmup/cooldown walks. (i fucked up at the beginning and lost five minutes on the treadmill timer but i did it! cooling down currently)
running day 4 done.
