realizing that maybe actually even if i completely fix my sleep schedule and cut out my urge toward revenge sleep procrastination i may just still be regularly exhausted and fatigued during the day? that i just have something medically going on that causes that??

and ultimately i might be completely fucked at like, holding down a job because not dozing off at my desk at some point in an 8 hour work day takes legitimate focus the entire time from me and if i doze off i get fired
