@sarahzedig oh god. I actually enjoyed The Boys season 1, then it very quickly turned incredibly grating once I saw through its tricks

@thewispsoftime the boys would be great if each season was 3 episodes shorter, each episode was 15 minutes shorter, and they had any score whatsoever
the second season does some fun stuff in the back half but it really doesn't redeem how much of a slog it can be from moment to moment
