Alright so two interesting ways i can think of just because of the amount of materials, powerful casting, and strangeness of it
1) Use a manual of construct creation, use it for a flesh simulacrum (Ala frankenstien, but with massive honkers), then cast reality break while in a outer realm incursion area, hope for some sort of mind fuckery and body swapping as such powerful spells could do that in such a way

@Paradox @SophiaSurname @Mooclown and secondly, the simulacrum spell cast upon another can be used to create a body (Of course, made with big honkers), but if it is damaged it is turned to dust, so you need to change up the plan for clone, in which you would need to put the entire simulacrum in the clone vat instead of a bit of flesh from the person you intend to clone, and then murder the original body of the person, wait 14ish days, and voila

@Paradox @SophiaSurname @Mooclown but the easiest way to do such a thing is with minor illusion or similar low level illusion spell and cast it in the shadowfell, where such spells have a chance to become real
