ciconia is a great story that is one half "veteran visual novelist and social worker ryukishi07 explains to the audience how plurality and gender works in" and one half "thrilling speculative fiction geopolitics story about propaganda, conspiracy, the philosophy of war, and scientific accelerationism" and it effectively utilizes the tension between those two halves EXCELLENTLY
