I don't want to be micromanaged, but maybe I need to be millimanaged, or at least centimanaged
a semiautomatic rifle engraved with "this machine produces folk music"
none of this will make sense to anyone because i made these characters for a game-turned-visual-novel that i produced five years ago and haven't shared with anyone here yet
i keep meaning to liveblog the thing to see if it holds up. one of those things i'll get around to someday
OC killability
Carnifex: you'd need to get very lucky or catch him off guard
Lentus: a fourth one of the aforementioned guys
Logus: well yes you could easily kill him but why :(
Torolus: he wouldn't realize he was dead until half an hour later
Diabolus: lots of people have tried. lots of people have failed. his whole horror schtick is that he makes no sense within the story's rules. unless all the dice land *exactly* how you want them to you're not laying a finger on this guy
OC killability
Aliana Spellsinger: hahaha good luck by the end of her story i don't think she can physically die
Virtus Shadowbane: there's only so much you can do against a guy who can save and load but you might get him in a cutscene
Prepostradamus: sure. prophecies can't deflect knives
Illuvia: you're not getting to her before she kills herself
Revilian: you're not getting to him before he kills himself
Squiddish: you're not getting to him before-- man why did i make so many of those guys
while walking home today i saw a bumper sticker that said "certified safe groomer" and thought it was meant to be homophobic for a second until i noticed the american kennel club logo
i know it might be better for the mariners to land the third playoff spot because their odds are probably better against the guardians than the blue jays, but i kind of want them to win the second or first spot anyway, because it would kind of suck to have the long drought end only because the rules got more lax
